Violist and composer Christian Colberg is the Principal Violist with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. His new recording, "Talking to Myself," features his own music, a chamber concerto for viola, where he plays every instrument heard on the recording, with a little help from his wife playing alto flute on one track. (Projected release date is September 2022)

His story truly belongs to the "from Rags to 'riches' category, coming from Puerto Rico at age 16 and landing at the Peabody Institute of music in Baltimore and now, St. Louis.
