Violinist Rachel Priday has appeared as soloist with the Chicago, St. Louis, Houston, Seattle, and National Symphony Orchestras, the Boston Pops, and the Berlin Staatskapelle. While she still reveres the standard violin repertoire, she's also equally devoted to discovering and commissioning new works, especially those that involve other art forms such as poetry, dance, theater and fascinating visuals. Her most recent recording, "Fluent Dynamics" includes all new works composed for her specifically. https://orchid-music.lnk.to/FluidDynamics
In Fall, 2019, she was appointed Assistant Professor of Violin at the University of Washington School of Music.
