Seeing the Light in the Darkness (One Definition of Success)

One way to define "success" is when you start working on a project at 3 pm. It’s going really well – in fact you can feel it: you're on a roll.

But, all of a sudden, you're not feeling well – you're light headed.  And something else isn't right either, but you can't put your finger or your eyes on it.

You stop…sit up and see the clock on the wall: "Oh my God" it's 8:30 pm."

Your work area is dark because you didn't bother to turn the lights on (two hours earlier).

And it's been six hours since you last ate.

That explains everything, including one definition of success.
